Pilates Home Parent-Child Training: Exercise in Interaction, Enhance Bonding
Parents are busy with work and often ignore the interactive time with their children. Pilates home parent-child training uses simple and interesting interactive movements to allow parents and children to enhance their bond while exercising, and at the same time cultivate children's exercise habits.
The "parent-child cat stretch" is recommended: parents and children kneel opposite each other, hands and knees on the ground. When the parent inhales, they lift their head and sag their back, and the child imitates the movement; when the parent exhales, they arch their back and lower their head, and the child completes it simultaneously, repeating 8 times. It can not only exercise the flexibility of the waist and back but also increase the fun of interaction.
"Parent-child bridge ball passing" is also suitable: parents and children lie flat with knees bent, place a soft ball in the middle. When the parent lifts their hips, they pass the ball to the child, and the child lifts their hips to catch the ball and pass it back, 10 times per set. It exercises the core and gluteal muscles and improves the child's coordination.
Training suggestions: 2-3 times a week, 20 minutes each time, choose movements that the child is interested in, and match with children's songs or small games. Encourage the child after training to make the parent-child time more enjoyable.
